Meridian has been rescheduled - but our Beta Test is taking place in it's stead, and at a fraction of the cost. Do you want to be an integral part of shaping the game and fine tuning the system? In any such great endeavor such as Meridian, especially when approaching first-launch, events occur that prove both formidable and challenging, and which must be met and answered in a timely matter. Great accomplishments are not without trial and toil, and often not without tribulations. Although cast and crew and designers and developers have toiled greatly- some of these events have proven more resistant than originally forecast. Due to these challenges, as well as our commitment to hosting a complete, enjoyable, and fully presentable event, it is necessary to reschedule the public launch for 2007 when a fully ready event can proceed.
In regards to those participants who have already booked a character: of course, you have the option to be fully reimbursed for this year's booking - please contact us at staff@meridianfest.com. We would also like to offer you the option of holding your reservation for next year, and, to express our gratitude, all such reservations held over to 2007 will be upgraded to full sponsorship membership for free.
Meridian thrives - this we promise. Our forum remains open and all discussion is encouraged. We assure everyone that we are committed to promoting Meridian throughout the year at Conventions, Faires, Festivals and through the many excellent gaming groups who have aided us greatly thus far. We will continue to revise and develop the rules and storyline, and to enhance the website, making it as clear and efficient as possible so that you can comment and provide feedback as well as giving everyone a chance to learn about what we, as a community, are creating.
